Soon-Teck is originally from Singapore and has been in pastoral ministry for more than 30 years. He has been serving as the English pastor at RHCCC since November 2007. He is married to Thy-Uyen and they have a son, Joseph.
Joshua Kuang
English Pastor
Joshua was born in Southern California. He went to college in Northern California and attended seminary in Massachusetts. After going coast to coast, Joshua came back home to serve at RHCCC in the summer of 2016. He is currently overseeing the small group ministries, men's ministry, Christian education, and local outreach opportunities.

Ashley Yang
Youth Ministry Intern
Ashley Yang has lived in Southern California her whole life. She graduated from CSUF and is currently pursuing her teaching credential at Biola University. She serves as RHCCC’s youth intern and enjoys being involved in both the children’s and youth ministries.
In her free time, Ashley loves exploring new boba or matcha cafes, taking photos, and creating videos to capture meaningful moments.
